Take a deep breath

Find a place away from people, like a landscape,  an empty house, or near a pillow.  Take a deep breath. Then, with all your might, let out the loudest scream you can. Feels better right?  Then say a prayer. Ask God to give you peace. Ask Him to help you trust Him. Surrender your circumstances to Him. He will carry you through.

Then say a prayer for everyone else that needs to scream. We all need  to let it out sometimes. And we all need Jesus.
